Returns and exchanges:

 

We don't accept returns or exchanges. However, you are able to cancel an order. Please let us know within 2 hours of placing your order that you would like to cancel and we will refund you.

 

If you have a problem with the order that you received, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can make it right. Customer service and satisfaction are very important to us. We will work with you to find a solution.

 

 

Shipping Policies:

 

We ship FedEx and USPS Priority Mail.  All items are made to order so that you receive the freshest products. We ship orders Monday through Wednesday to all areas, Thursdays if your address will receive it by Saturday and occasionally on Saturday depending on what is ordered.

 

Please double check your shipping address. Please make sure that everything is included such as an apartment number, correct street information such as Drive, Circle, Road, East, North, Zip Code, etc. If your package is returned for any of these reasons, we are unable to refund your order or shipping fees.

Office Hours:

 

Our office hours are Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm.  Feel free to contact us via email or chat and we will respond during office hours.
